1. Please clean up after yourself and wash dishes you use.
2. If you notice other things are running low (toilet paper, tea, coffee, etc), check in the kitchen first to see if there are extras. If not, email info@mindspace-wellness.com so we can address it.
3. You must cancel a room booking at least 24 hours in advance or you will still be charged the room fee.
4. You must book a room in order to use it. However you are able to use the conference room to work on notes if no one has booked it or is using it.
5. You are an independent practitioner using Mindspace Wellness’s space. You are responsible for maintaining your licensure and practicing within your scope. You are responsible for following Texas Board rules and regulations. If seeing clients, you are also responsible for having your own liability insurance.
We want to create a space that is welcoming and safe for everyone. The following violations are grounds for permanent dismissal from the space. You will not be refunded if you are asked to leave the space for violating these rules:
Using rooms that you have not booked. There is community space available for notes, community, etc.
• Any unethical treatment of clients including discussing clients’ personal information in public areas.
• Practicing outside of your license or abilities.
• Being hostile towards any members or clients.
• Using derogatory terms towards any members, staff, or clients.
• Purposefully damaging the space in any way or being careless with the space.
